Madam paano po ang PMS Issue nyan?
if i remember it right, one year na po 'yung unit.
naipa change oil nyo na po ba ito? also, pina aandar nyo po ba engine kahit every morning (few minutes will do) man lang? baka lang po ma stock-up mga moving parts.

payong kaibigan lang po.
hoping maibenta nyo agad unit for your business.

anu pong PMS? bago pa po un car need naba change oil? nov 8 2010 lang po nilabas ng casa, last week ng nov ni pa register ng tito ko then ngaun nka garahe lang. ill ask my uncle na paandarin kht un engine lang once a week, thanks po sir sa advise

mali ako ng pagkaka intindi.
ang nasa isip ko is 'yung nabasa ko tungkol sa plate number.
sorry po...

anyway, maganda po siguro mam ang maging formula ng presyo nyo is:
Brand New Selling Price Less nyo ng 1 yr depreciated amount then 'yun na ang best deal nyo sa buyer. just my opinion.

1 kasi ending ng plate so technically .. kung 3 years yung registration nung car ... the would-be buyer "lost" one year of registration of the car ... so kahit november nyo naregister or nakuha yung car, still one year of registration is "lost" ... not your fault pero yun yung basis ng registration natin ... so wala tayo magagawa dun ...

you mentioned na kukunin ng dealer yung car .. less 20% of the car's value ... i would say, good immediate deal na yun mam ... lalo kung matetengga lang yung oto kasi di ka marunong mag drive ...

ok thanks din po sa advise. plan ko sell 820k magandang presyo na siguro yan tutal di naman ginagamit un kotse and bagong bago pa, nagpost na ko 850k kunwari para pg tumawad 820k na hehehe

paki refer nalang din po ako sa mga kakilala niyo kung may gustong bumili ng Dmax LX sakin nalang mura na lucky car pa kasi napanalunan

yep pero i still have 1 year diba, same lang naman nila kukunin un so pag walang bumili before mag 1 year, ibebenta ko na sa isuzu

Bakit ang taas ng odometer reading? 111 kms? Kung bago yan at di pa na gamit usually less than 60kms (if Metro Manila dealer) ang reading. Kasi minamaneho yan from thai factory to port in thailand then from port in manila to isuzu phil plant or dealer.

You also have a better chance of selling it at a higher price if you did not register it with LTO. Let the next owner register or title it in their desired name. Ngayon kahit papano mong sabihin na bago at di pa nagamit yan, may mga buyers dyan na pipilitin na "second hand" na yan dahil may rehistro na sa LTO at sila pa mag change ownership.

Also by registering it last month, the vehicle is registered with LTO as a 2010 model year. For depreciation purposes, this is to your disadvantage since 2011 is creeping in, in a few days.
