    issues:
-pinto sa likod kaylangan sa loob buksan
    -di na gumagana power windows

if I will try to restore the car. Magkano kaya aabutin? Or ok pa ba bilihin ung sasakyan?
Which I dont like since edsa ko dumadaan.

Our family also had a chance to own 2 sgx generation of Nissan. I had the maxima and my dad a Sentra. Those were the days..

Anyway you ought to start from somewhere and I think this is your best chance of owning your first car. Being 25+ years, things to look out for:
1.) electricals: alternator/headlamp/tail lamp wiring/electrical relays/switches. Check for octopus wiring from hood down to under the steering column. Also check fuse box, any signs ng tunaw na fuse holders..Baka marami na mga "taps" - delikado sa sunog
2.) oil leaks sa garage floor: kapag kulay pula, sa power steering galing. Madugo magpaggawa. Mostly trial and error pa result. Expect to spend 5k.
3.) open radiator cap. Kapag may kalawang sa cap, malapit na ren pati water pump nyan bumigay. Expect another batch of gastos (I can't recall the price)
4.) condition of tires. A 13" tire will cost you 1,500 per tire.
It's costly buying a care, it's even more costly to maintain so I hope you're ready for these things.

cost depends on what you want "restored".
there's a guy in olx, selling his fully restored box sentra for over 200K.
that will give you an idea of how carried away you can go..

so how much should you be ready to spend? that depends, on what necessary things you want fixed.
as it is, 30K will get you a running car...
yung power windows.. set's say... 2.5K a door.. and the mechanic can throw in the door opener for free.

I would think of the Honda Civic when it comes to cheap second hand cars with lots of available spare parts but I would prefer an old mitsubishi lancer

90s corolla or sentra series 3. cheap, matibay, and still lotsa spare parts.
but at that price ceiling, expect lots of repair headaches and expenses.

Especially Nissan Sentra, Toyota Corolla (whether small body or big body), Mitsubishi Lancer. All are 92 model up to year 2000.
