Basta ako small cars, GAS for cheaper maintenance and uncomplicated repairs...

Big cars, DIESEL. You need the torque to carry the weight...

    End of story!

    Gas syempre.

Kung yung diesel ka-level na natin europe doon ako bibili ng diesel engine.

Pero gamit pa rin ng IMBOA at FEJODAP diesel kaya ayaw ko.

At first, gas ako. Pero after reading that diesel is more efficient especially with engines nowadays, I'm now giving my vote to diesel.

    Plus mura pa. :-)

Medyo OT, I'm just wondering, how come mga jeepney at lumang diesel engines at mga bus, walang issue sa maduming diesel natin dito, pero mga super mahal na SUVs, like Fortuner and Montero, maselan pagdating sa diesel natin?

Dahil mga CRDi na. High-Pressured injection.

Very sensitive pagdating sa fuel at maintenance.

Well, diesel refills are P10/L cheaper than their gasoline counterparts. And diesel vehicles get better mileage somewhat. So based on those 2 arguments, diesel definitely.

Nga lang, acquisition and maintenance costs come into play, unless it's a company car and the maintenance is shouldered by the company, whereby the high pressure diesel technology premium are not going to be felt by the end user.
