    what's your opinion on a bnew 1.3 A/T vs. 2nd hand 2009 1.5 A/T?

    TIA!
Honda Jazz 2009 model kana na 2nd hand. Actually yon ang hanap ko ngayon to buy for my GF. Its updated sa styling same lang sa mga brand new ang mukha tapos makakuha ka pa mga 500k for 1.3 matic (brand new is 762K i think).

    P782K for the 1.3 AT
    P842K for the 1.5 AT
P750K for the 2010 1.5 AT model with 2,500 kms on the clock on sulit.

Ordinarily, I would go for the brand new unit if it fits the budget. You are certain of the usage and maintenance because you yourself used it and maintained it. However, unlike 2nd hand units, you do bear the brunt of depreciation.

With the one on sulit, I think the low 2,500 kms is pretty safe for a 2nd hand car. IIRC, Honda PMS is every 10t kms right? So unless some big accident happened in those 2,500 kms, go for it!

nagbabalik po ako! Ü inactive na ung ad, but at least i know there's a possibility of getting a 2nd hand 2010.

Balita ko lang din po, just found out my car plan limit is 780k, so that stretches the budget (without cash-out) a bit.

Ok na ung jazz but for some reason the lancer crept back into my mind. The price sobrang ok kasi. And with my higher limit i can throw in accessories pa. Honest opinions on this?

First car for a new lady driver.........
In a mechanic's and a driver's opinion: please don't get a vehicle with an AT (automatic transmission)...kahit brand new pa yan...
Advantage: kahit super heavy ang traffic, wala kang pagod sa kaka-shift.just press the accelerator pedal, and relax...
Disadvantage: Pano kung biglang humina battery power? Di pwedeng push start..saka magastos ang maintenance ng automatic transmission...
Any compact car or cars with 1300cc engine will do.. Wag lang matic..
    Just my opinion lang...no offense..

uhm, i think i'll go with the daily convenience. What are the odds na madidiskarga ang battery (serious question po)? Just thinking kasi if i choose MT for that reason alone, it might not be worth it. I practically haven't experienced a major battery problem, with our family cars at least.
