accent crdi sana miss issa, but from the choices above since you like hot hatches and hyundai is not on the list fiesta na lang. vios is bang for the buck, got good economy and easy sa pocket maintenance. yung crdi ng hyundai ata may prob yung iba sa clutch na nag istuck at around 2k kms, pero parang isolated case lang naman. accent owners don't get me wrong ha? proud owner of accent crdi a/t here. just stating something na nabasa ko rin since ask si ts ng suggestions. anyway accent a/t namin around 15kms per liter, 30% city 70% highway driving, could probably do better, di lang minsan makapigil sa kakaapak eh, sarap kasi power hehehe. anyway miss issa congrats on your new car of choice , post ka din pics if ever makakuha ka na. :cheer3::cheer3::cheer3:

Not really, parts of ASEAN assembled Fords are now almost the same as Japanese-branded cars.
There are also many stores that sell Ford parts in Banawe like Thunder Automotive, MazFord, Fordland etc.
About PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service), it's also almost the same as Japanese-branded cars, I believe this was pointed out before by tidus1203 (owner of pre-facelift Fiesta and Yaris) in an older thread.

If you have a chance, try to test drive the Fiesta, Yaris and Almera and see which one is best for you.

PS: The Fiesta Trend is now powered by a 112PS 1.5 liter Ti-VCT engine.
A little background on the Fiesta: It's a solid global B-segment car developed by Ford of Europe (Cologne, Germany), it's one of the best selling cars in its segment in Europe thanks to its solid build, excellent performance, handling and safety.

Thats a really nice pic. Now i want one. Haha. Are there any fuel consumption figures for the new engine? The ford thread isnt really active. If its decent for its class unlike the rio hatch then its a good buy. The only reason people should consider subcompacts over compacts is fuel economy anyway.
