    How long has the car been with you? I think its unfair on the seller side if you want to return.

    I’m sure you have done a test drive and looked around the car before taking the plunge.

    When the car was delivered to you, ownership was transferred. You may now do what you wish with the car- sell it, give it away or drive it over a cliff.

    But definitely you cannot force someone to buy( back) your property.

    ako naman for the last year and a half, pilit bini-buy back ng boss ko yun auto. ayaw parin bigay yun papel, sinamahan ko nalang sa toyota financial para makuha lang LOL

    Its done deal once you handed-over the cash, signed the sale/driven off the car.

    You should have exercised diligence in inspecting the car and convincing yourself that its not boring before proceeding. The seller has his own rights too and deny your request to cancel the deal - caveat emptor.

    Di na nag reply si TS. Baka lurk mode. I guess yung reason nya is di nya lang feel yung kotse all of a sudden.

    You are all correct. The seller has rights also. Di naman nya pinilit si buyer. TS made the decision by himself. I'm sure he was also given time to scrutinize the car.
