buying my first car 120k-150k budget

Hi guys, Im a newbie here, Can you help me suggest on which should i buy? 120k-150k lang budget ko e and im planning to buy on march or may.
prefer ko sana ung pang araw2 kase office-bahay-gala lang ako hnd nmn ako nag oout of town pero plus yun kung hnd papasakitin ulo ko kung sakali ibyahe ko ng province. gusto ko din sana ung maporma and pedeng setup-an.

choices ko sana ay ito:
-mitsubishi lancer pizza pie
-nissan sentra ex saloon
-honda civic 1997

pero kung may suggestions pa kayo n mas ok i will appreciate that, gusto ko din kase sana khit wala jan sa tatlo pero higher model, i mean nabasa ko kase na pag higher model mas onti problema sa maintenance and syempre mas gusto ko din ung mejo 2000+ ung model and sa pag hahanap ko nissan sentra bka kaya sa budget ko ung mga 2000+ model e, any suggestions guys? thank you!!

Pizza Lancer is known for suspension problems so I'd avoid that one. EK Civic is nice, but well conditioned VTi units are mostly still slightly higher than your intended budget. And then again, some of them have rust problems. Among your choices,the Sentra will give you the newest model for your money, I'm sure early 2000s units are within your budget. The 1.4L EX Saloon M/T should give you great city gas mileage due to the smaller engine, as compared to the 1.6L Super Saloon. Power is adequate though it will not ignite your loins. Given that it is well maintained, running out of town trips is no problem.

Another alternative would be the Ford Lynx. Manual variant only as the matic version is a known guzzler. Its resale value is similar to the B14 Sentra but is more modern, spacious and comfortable.
