with 2500km only, my vvti gets 7-8km/l city driving, mix traffic (meron pa ba walang trapik sa manila?) Pure Hiway i get at least 12km/l

I saw the livina up close sa trinoma. maganda at maluwag, compared sa car. Compared sa innova eh maliit ang livina. big minus sa livina is yung front only A/C.

Ok guys, here are my final choices, Kia Carens EX or Nissan Grand Livina Elegance. It's really very risky buying a D4D Innova right now. Malaking investment kasi ang kotse.... Thanks

    Kia Carens EX.

And, you cannot consider a vehicle as an investment because as time passes by, the depreciation cost increases. Well, you can really consider IT as an investment if you`re planning to keep the car for 50 years or so. :hysterical:

In a car. You won't get any money from it, the car gets the money from your pocket.

between the two, i will choose Kia Carens EX.

why? because it has a very nice and powerful CRDi engine plus it is roomier than the Grand Livina. good luck!

I made use of the wrong term. Maybe it should be a big financial expense instead of investment

Between the innova, carens, & livina. I'd say the innova. its not a flashy car but it gets the job done.

    (+) FOR THE INNOVA
good interior space(better than both carens/livina)- i weigh 260lbs and still find the innova spacious enough.
    higher ground clearance/ruggedness
good parts/accessories support (very impt point)
higher resale value (after 5 years)

    (-) FOR THE INNOVA
    not the best handling.
    stiff suspension
D4D engine not as torqey (as compared to the carens) but good enough for city driving.
3rd row seats not folded into the floor.

In the end, the decision is yours because you are going to use the car. buy whichever that makes you happy.

Mas marami pa atang Innova samin kesa PUJ. Sobrang common. Well, for a vehicle, ok. For your ego, zero.

The Grand Livina is too small. Talagang for kids lang un last row. If your planning na palitan na rin paglaki ng mga bata, eto na lang. The AC vent is not a problem. Umaabot pa rin sa likod maski sa harap lang ito.

    Carens if budget permits.

APV is best in space, if you dont mind gas consumption. Mabagl pero safe naman buong family.

I thnk the APV is too high and not wide enough to prevent a rollover.

    mitsubishi fuzion almost 1M

sa space mas maluwag sya at pag dating sa 3rd seat kung medyo matangkad ka hindi ka nakayuko kasi mataas ang ceiling nito.
