    Sir sa BDO po. Kuha ka pa from other banks ng quotation, then kung sino ang may lowest rate ibigay mo ulit sa mga nakuhaan mo na. Sabihin mo sa kanila kung kaya i counter offer. Repeat until makuha mo yung lowest rate.

    pwede naman kahit ano mauna.. pero mas maganda magpa quote ka sa multiple dealers.. then yung pinaka magandang offer yun ang submit mo sa bank..
