MGA SIR MAY 2 KATANUNGAN PO AKO..

UNA=PANO PO MALALAMAN KUNG FIRST OWNER TALAGA UNG MAY ARI NG SASAKYAN..? kase po may gusto akong bihin na used car first owner daw sya, kaso di ko alam ang dapat kong tignan para makasiguro na sya lng ang nag may ari ng sasakyan..

PANGALAWA=PANO KO PO MALALAMAN NA TALAGANG FULLY PAID NA ANG CAR NA BIBILHIN KO O TALAGANG BINILI NYA NG CASH AS BRANDNEW..? kase po 2014 and up model ung tipo kong bilhin, baka po kase hinuhulugan pa ya ung car at sinabi lang ya sa akin na fully paid na

Sa panglawang tanong.. Dapat walang encumbrance yung certificate of registration

sir ibig nyo po sabihin basta maibibigay sayo ung orig OR/CR e ibig sabhin fully paid narin yon ?

anyone who goes to the LTO to do annual registration renewal, is given an Official Receipt of the transaction. OR.
holding the original OR, only proves that you are holding the original OR.

when it comes to ownership, the CR is the more important piece of paper.
i buy my car on cash basis. so thus, my CR is blank in the block "encumbered to..."

what about you guys who buy on installment basis. does the "encumbered to..." block have something printed or written in it?
also, is there a stamp on the back?
are you given the original CR? or just a copy?
