Sirs, I would like to ask for advice on what car can I buy for 700K, my family is quite small pa lang po, we are 4 in the family and we will use this car for 10 years before I can buy a new one, I will use this car for city driving and occasional out of town trips like Baguio and Bicol, I’m after efficiency rather than speed po but power is important for climbing up hill and stuff, with this in mind together with the below important factors, I hope you can assist me in getting the best car the fits me and my family.

1. Ease of maintenance – Since we will use this for 10 years, I need a car that can easily be maintained, ndi mahirap hanapin at mahal ang car parts.
2. Fuel efficiency – This car will be used mostly for city driving lang po with occasional out of town trips.
3. Safety features – Very important po, Airbags, ABS and other standard features.
4. Trunk Capacity – Mas malaking trunk mas maganda for stroller and other baby stuffs po.
5. Automatic transmission – My wife will use this car as well.

Initially I’m looking at Suzuki Swift 2017 but I’m also considering Hyundai Accent 1.4 GL AT-CVT though it is above 700K I think I can pull it down to my price range, as you can see, these are not of the same segment but as long as it fits my budget compact and subcompact cars my options.

if you are willing, might i recommend a slightly used diesel innova AT.
a brand new automatic for 700K... that does eliminate a number of good car choices... if your family is composed of non-big people... a wigo or mirage or a celerio...
for a bit more, there're the mainstream cars.. vios.. etc.

Bad maintenance(raw) and safety (2018 lalagyan na raw nila ng ab)

2nd choice: MPV, check mitsubishi outlander ba yun. Panlaban daw sa avanza kung mahihintay mo.

Vios(e) at City hindi na kaya mastretch sa AT.. Also wouldn't recommend G4.

Mahirap din naman kung bibili ka ng mini hatchback and chinese brands. So ayan lang talaga naisip ko.. Kung brand new ah.

Kung magtatagal pa sayo for another 10 years, get a brand new siguro pero Tama sila if ma stretch mo pa ng konti, you can get an AT city or vios.

Hi po, new member and a soon to be mini car owner. Wala po kasi ako alam sa mga car technicals, but Im after a car that is fuel efficient, has low maintance cost, good car performace and after sales service. Yesterday I was torn between chevrolet spark and suzuki celerio, but I came across a thread here warning me about the chevrolet so might as well strike it out. Any ideas po regarding the 2017 celerio,kia picanto and honda brio? We failed to see what's in the suzuki celerio kasi wala pong display s casa na napuntahan namen..

PS. Company issue car po kasi sya. Bugdet that would be given to me po siguro is 600k to 700k only, if on the 700k i am being swayed to get the hyundai accent a/t gsl. But being a girl i fell inlove with mini hatch talaga ever since... Any ideas po?
