Yung dealer na ang bahala kung magkano at gaano karami ang freebies na ibibigay sayo. Pero totoong mas maraming binibigay ang provincial dealers.

does that mean, the cars will come with non-metro manila plates? what when it's time to sell these cars? will the buyers have to bring them to the provinces so they can effect change of ownership?

di ba dapat baliktad? To my understnding it would be cheaper to acquire a vehicle from a Manila based dealer than a provincial based dealer. Since usually mom and pop operation ang provincial dealer (or branches of ayala owned/borromeo owned dealerships based in Manila) which charge a larger overhead expenditure, and charging freight. Makes no sense IMHO. I often see Manila plates here in Iloilo, buyers rationale is it is cheaper to acquire from Manila (more discounts, no other charges, lesser interest rates).

Since you got this 2nd hand, its a good idea to change the drive belt (its cheap anyway). Also...
