There were local 3-door RAV4s.
RS parts aren't common, but aren't rare. You can get everything you need at MazFord in Banawe... heck, that's where all the other shops get their parts, too. Electronics like Ignition Coils and Cam Position Sensors are relatively cheap... same price as with most Japanese cars. Be sure to check the running condition of the car. The RS drinks a bit of oil if it's driven hard (it's a PCV thing, not an internal engine issue), and if the owner didn't check the oil often enough, damage is possible.
The Levin is going to be RHD converted. If you really want one, you will have to do a very careful mechanical inspection. Also, given the age of such cars, check the engine and running gear very carefully. Even though it's made to be a high revver, the 4AGE is not bulletproof.
