    Update: tumawag yung customer relation ng dealer ko ayun lumabas na yung CSR ng oto, tatawag na lang daw sya ulit pag may transmittal na sa LTO. TMPC (Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation) lang pala katapat nila. 2 working days lang na aksyonan na.

    lost papel lang palah... bat hindi nag-kusa yung SA...?
    i am sure naman, that you kulitized him/her enough...

    OT doc, last visit namin sa Rose and Grace, overpriced turo turo na ang pakiramdam namin, dami na kasi nagsulputan kainan sa area with better choices at the same or a bit cheaper price compared to them. Nagulat kami na 2 ulam lang, inabot kami ng 1k, 1 paksiw na pata at 3 pcs small pusit na inadobo hehe

    the last time i visited it sa nuvali, was before covid.
    i imagine, their prices have since escalated...?

    i am sure naman, that you kulitized him/her enough...
    Maraming kulit, at malalaman mo na may something fishy at makaka isip ka ng anu anu dahil nga nawala DAW yung CSR, parang binentahan ka ng otong kulang ang dokumento, brand new na brand new may nawalang documento, kawawa ang customer sa ganitong nangyari.

    Even with real estate, the agent's role ends after the sale, the problem is that the customer is not properly turned over to the CS for after sales concerns.

    Update: Ngayon ngayon lang (martes) tumawag ulit yung customer relation ng dealer ko nasa LTO district office na yung mga documents, LTO na mag pro process. Kahapon (Lunes) lumabas yung CSR. Ngayon for processing na sa LTO (7 working days for OR CR). Tawagan ulit ako kapag na release na yung OR CR. Naka hinga nako ng maluwag
