So far I have Sony Explod CDX-GT350 ok lang kasi meron front aux input for my Ipod . For me sound quality is ok sa contols it has 3tone controls Bass,Mid & Treble with 7 preset EQ3 w/ DSO(Digital Soundstage Organizer) which I will replace my JVC HU since it can't play MP3 format

Hello Guys, pasingit lang.
Just bought Sony MEX-R1 its a DVD 1 DIN only. I dont have any idea how Sony as car stereo can do for my ride but I will see if the sounds appreciates me.

bro tong sony na to the best gt800d ganda n2 tumunog nung una ang daming nagsabi skin na pangit daw pero i took the risk at ayun I'm very satisfied with it nman medyo mahal nga lng 16k ang bili ko pero ang ganda nya in sq and porma.

why did you not go for JVC na lang. If Ipod compability lang habol mo, JVC may USB port you can control your Ipod thru the player na, also you can hook up you laptop, flash card and other electronic devices that uses USB port.

and most of all it will sound better!

e yung mga sony xplod n speakers po kya ?any comments?

blak ko lng po kc plitan yung mga stock speakers dun s likod ng rear passenger ko e!

actually po din nmn masyado high end gusto nmin yung medyo mganda lng n d masyado mahal kc for family use nmn e !

or any ideas and suggestions?

bago lang po ako dito...ano po ba mga negative comments sa sony xplode regardings speakers and amplifier? balak ko po kasing bumili yung slim series nila next month or after 2 months..thanks

--yun xplod speakers are really okay for me. Mine are the 3-way type XS-GF1632X for both front and rear speakers hooked up to a Pioneer HU DEH-4850... ang ganda ng sounds (mids and highs), very clear for me, although kung habol mo yun low end (bass) sounds, I suggest magpakabit ka pa ng subs coz dito ka madi-disappoint sa Xplod. (nagpakabit ako ng 12" amplified subs hehehe)... Basta sa HU, try mo Pioneer or JVC mas okay sya...
