June 6th, 2010 02:02 AM #1Hi guys,
Normally I would recommend Rockford Fosgate for SPL setups, but I wonder if this Power-series amp is also a good amp for SQ setup?
I'm considering this as a solution to an impedance incompatibility with my current all-DLS setup.
Pwede din sanang additional amp, kaso lang it adds another load to the system, baka di kayanin ng alternator ko (Lancer EX yung car).
This is why I'm considering switching to a Rockford T400-4, which is stable at 2-ohms bridged.

June 7th, 2010 05:13 AM #7Why not just change subs from dual 4 ohms to dual 2 ohms. So pag series concection you get a bridged 4 ohm load.

June 7th, 2010 08:30 AM #8Grabe namang mahal nung A4 sir, hehe. Parang nasa 40K+ ata.
As for changing subs, I also considered that. However, it seems the DLS distro has decided to trim down their product line locally, so wala nang masyadong DLS subs na pwede ipalit sa RW12 ko, unless I go for those Ultimate series subs that cost 3x as much, or downgrade which is no good.
