Need Advice:Simple but rock set-up

Hey good morning guys.I just got home from my 1 year OJT training on board ship and i have a little extra money. Gusto ko sana ayusin yung sounds sa wrangler ko.I have a targa 12 inch sub pioneer 3 way 6x9 speakers and a pioneer head unit.I also have a 2 channel V12 amp.Any advice guys? Nabasa ko sa isang magazine na mas maganda ang seperates kesa sa oval 6x9 na three way?is this true? I dont want an expensive set up simple but rock sana gusto ko.would appreciate your advice.

get a bridgeable 4-ch amp, and separates. targa seps X652c pwede na.. bridge mo ung 2 channels for the sub and ung other 2 channels para sa separates.. ung separates lagay mo sa front. kahit wala rear speakers ok na to..

pero kung gusto mo seps lang bilhin mo, ung 2ch amp gamitin mo sa sub, tapos ung seps i-direct connect mo na lang sa hu, pero d nga lang magagamit full potenial ng seps..

Kung rock ang hilig mo pakinggan, better follow funkngruvn's initial advice.
pangit lang kung di amplified ang bago mong separates at yung sub lang ang connected sa amp dahil hindi naman bass ang magdadala sa mga rock songs. At the same time kung yung seps lang ang naka-amplify at wala kang subs bitin naman ang pakikinig mo.

4 channel amp + good quality seps (doesn't have to be expensive, just of good sound quality) for the front + your existing sub then yung rear mo sa HU na lang naka fader or totally disconnected na lang.

Whats the difference between seps and 3-way speakers?so if i install seps i should totally disconnect my 3-ways?

seps kasi nakahiwalay yung tweeter sa mid/woofer.. yung tweeter pwede mo lagay sa dash o a-pillar for better imaging..

up to you kung disconnect mo yung 3-way sa rear.. pwede naman for rear-fill lang yung 3way pero naka-on yung FIE sa hu mo, o kaya nakafader towards the front..

depende pa rin sayo kung ano gusto mo set-up kasi dapat ok siya sa pandinig mo..

Gusto k kc sana mga sirs kahit mdyo malakas ang bass malinaw parin ang highs and mids ung maiintidihan yung kanta.
