    first things first.......
first time kong mag post dito sa site na ito, kala ko sa kotse pa rin eh!

    now about my question....
i have a sub speaker, made a box for it, my intention is to use it at home. after doing all the cutting and painting and everything, i connected it to my SONY receiver/amplifier, and it didn't work! after reading the manual, i learned that i need to connect a POWERED sub. now my question is: HOW CAN I MAKE A POWERED SUB? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? DO I NEED A SEPARATE AMP? WHERE AND HOW CAN I MAKE THE SUBS POWER SUPPLY?

thanks a lot and more power!

you definitely need an amplifier to power the subwoofer.

hhmmm... pang home theatre pala yung question.

How did you connect the sub to your sony amp/rec? Through speaker wires or through RCAs? Kung through RCAs, hindi talaga tutunog yan.
