Help... missing sounds while playing mp3 through aux

Meron nabibili sa ace na magandang aux cable but the price is around Php500+. Been using it for almost a year and maganda naman yung output tapos wala ako na experience na issue. Yung wire nya mas makapal pa yata sa mga wire ng extension cords. Basta maganda.

I'm sure that my mp3 player and cable are in good condition, it still works in our van's HU. any ideas on what the problem is?

Casa tested my cable & player in other stock vios 3rd gen HUs, defective nga daw. Pinaiwan saken, papaayos nila sa supplier. Pinahiram ako ng brand new HU, buti me stock sila sa bodega
