Corolla GLi Audio Set Up Upgrade - Need your advise,friends.

SQL first and foremost, Ghosthunter.

It's just that i noticed in a couple of mix tracks that i play
in my current car audio system, that the bass does not
sound right - not clear - like "sabog" siya - when i was playing
em quite loud.

Personally I went through a boom boom phase myself when I was younger but I got tired of it soon enough. (And I am not even touching the issues like loss of hearing...)

Adding an amp and subwoofer would just increase the cost of the setup since it would also mean that some amount of woodworks need to be done to properly house the subwoofer (unless you want to install a free-air sub).

Suggest you go for Alpine brand in case you will replace the head unit. In my experience, it sounds better and more durable than any Japanese brand models.
