Answering my own thread
Yep, finally got my WINCE Head Unit to be carplay ready with this USB Dongle (bought it from lazada).

I just replaced my navi sd card with a .exe(apk) for the head unit to recognize the usb dongle.
By using this technique, I was able to shell out only P2.8k as oppose to buying a Pioneer head unit which costs P20k(or more) and still got warranty for my car

Ok yan ah. Gumagana sya ng sabay sa ibang functions? Say, nakikinig ka sa radio kasabay ng waze/maps navigation.

Well sa HU ko, pwede sabay. Sa initial setup lang dapat sila idisable. Pero after that ok na.

I think most android HU will definitely work with this dongle since madali mahanap/mainstall yung apk.
Ang mahirap, for us that have WINCE since nakadepende siya sa chipset hindi lang sa OS. This is actually my 2nd purchase since di gumana yung una, good thing tumatanggap ang lazada ng returns

Sumagot na yung seller. Basta naman daw Android OS 4.2 and above, dapat gumana. Will place my order today. Update ko kayo kapag naikabit ko na..

No bro. Kelangan Android Auto compatible yung HU para maka mirror ng Android phone.
