I bought Sony Xplod HU GT250S 52wX4 MP3/WMA/CD player from Singapore and fitted it to my Corolla XE. However, my bayaw keep saying that his Pioneer is better than my HU and he is convinced that sony is better of only for home entertainment.

I noticed that almost all recommended head unit in this forum is either pioneer or alphine etc but seldomly heard of Sony. Is Sony really that bad?
