Is the w7 worth the money? I've heard one already and they do sound good, but for the price, I think you can get the same sound quality without spending that much :roll:

Check out loud subs from Audiobahn , MTX , Eclipse .... meron silang mga 12 " na subs na under $ 1000 that is capable of handling up to 4000 watts .

Hehe...I'm looking for an alternative to the w7. Same power handling and Sound quality. I'm more interested with RE XXX and ED 12a

I have one Elemental Design 10", it's getting very popular now here in the U.S. A lot of people in caraudioforum are buying them because they really sound great for the price. The Adire Brahma's are really loud subs good for spl but needs a really big box. The Image Dynamics subs have really nice sq, the RE XXX are also for spl competitions.

Yup.. those 4 are the only subs that I would get. I am really interested in the E12a and RE XXX but both are dual 2ohms. I'm using a BD1000 which is rated at 2ohms mono.

I've read that the brahmas have problems with the tinsels...

I think ID is a little overpriced.

How do you like your ed10? Are you using the a series?

Beefy, just bought the 10k.14 and installed it in a .75 cf sealed box. I went with the 10k just to have some decent bass and i think even the entry level ED subs sounds really good. Maybe in the future if i have some savings i will go with the 10 or 12o, they say it has better sq. The A's needs a lot of power and im not into spl so theres no point in getting them. So far im enjoying my sub.

So what subs do you have in mind of purchasing dude?
I wish i can listen to RE xxx but nobody sells them and their
down until now.

The W7's are terrific but i think it's so overprice, all of jl audio's product actually. Your paying for the name, quality and experience in competitions.
