February 12th, 2010 03:34 PM #2It looks exactly the same as the old one. Yawn. Pass me a Range Rover.
Seriously, BMW has a squillion dollars to spend on each car, so why haven't they bothered facelifting the X5 with a little bit more effort than that. I mean the new 3-Series' revamp was noticeable, this isn't. And the annoying thing is, I know that BMW could have done better. Look at the Z4!

July 23rd, 2010 10:41 PM #3*Nz_alfa: this is a facelift, which means minor redesign.
The current X5 (E70) came out 2007, that means the next generation X5 will be model year 2014, which should come out sometime 2013. Facelifts are done in mid of a car's life to make the car fresher.
*LEopaul: I love it. I think they've done a good job on it.

3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
What's the best car tint brand and color?
