ACP October 2nd Anniversary EB

hmm i suggest to skip the September EB and plan for a GRAND EB on October.

+1 para po makapag-plan tayo ng maayos.

let's have a program/games for members and family

Suggestion lang po....siguro mas maganda na mag form tayo ng committees that will be in charge of say food, venue, etc. etc.....gawin natin na yung membership sa committee ay magkakalapit ang location para madali coordination if kailangan mag-meeting....groups per area like south, north, gma, QC, Bulacan, etc.? office location?

Medyo napag-usapan po namin yung possibility of having an EB at La Mesa Eco Park in the future last EB....since maganda naman feedback dun sa suggestion about La Mesa Eco Park sa Aug EB thread we requested jaukazrule if possible mag site visit siya........muchos gracias JAU

I called their office na rin two weeks ago to inquire about their facilities and possible na activities doon (see my post dun sa Aug EB)....I also requested Jau kung may contact siya sa loob para maka-kuha tayo ng discount....


1. Venue -

2. Food - kahit potluck ang mangyari someone has to coordinate yung mga dadalhin para hindi pare-parehas

3. Program -

4. Games - paging SAC-P members baka may mga games kayong alam

5. Etc.

Tapos if I may suggest baka pwedeng maningil na tayo in advance sa mga aattend ng EB to cover for reservation for venue, parking, drinks etc. napaka-hirap mag plan ng walang pang down....

Sana may mag volunteer din na mag donate ng prizes for games .....yung mga pwedeng mag volunteer dyan for corporate giveaways and support pwede din!

Always willing to offer my services naman pero this time it's a must na may funds to start with na.....mahirap mag abono pag ganitong malaking event!!!!
