    i think thats ok, as long as you DISPLAY the lto sticker. di naman nila malalaman kaagad kung 2004 yung sticker na yun, unless they look it up close. mas kita talaga yung sticker dun sa plates ng car.

    kita po agad kung ibang year ang sticker, the stickers have different colors every year.
