    those numbers on the plugs are probably NOT the cord's limits, but rather, the plugs' limits.
    you will probably have to find out the size of the wires used, and consult tables for their respective electrical limits.

    i was thinking, the washer is around 1800watts. this extension limits is 2000watts. will this be Ok?

    ^ those extension cords use only gauge 16 wires. I would recommend using an extension cord with gauge 14 or 12 wire and 15A rated plug to be on the safe side. Over time due to prolonged use the wires will heat up and may cause a short circuit. If you say your washer is 1800 watts, its ampere rating is about 8A. Don't let your power cords be soaked in the water when washing. My Karcher K2 is rated 1400 watts
