    Can this be done? How?

Ive seen some vehicles which have their numbers painter over, kaya di na reflectorized. Di ba huhulihin ng pulis yun?

Im planning to paint the plate number with white acrylic spraypaint and then use reflectorized green stickers to restore the numbers.

I think it's illegal to alter plate numbers. It's even a violation if it's muddy / dirty.

Pinara na ako dati ng pulis. Buti na lang sa probinsiya. Sabi ko e kasi sira na yung orig paint. Pinabayaan na lang niya. That was 10 years ago. Ewan ko dito sa Maynila baka mas-strict.

Here's how it looks like, partial lang. White spray paint tapos black electric tape. Gamot kabayo, hehehe.
