August 25th, 2003 12:28 PM #22What about those cars that remove their plates and put it inside the car? Yung plate numbers nila nasa loob ng salamin... legal ba 'to? or pwede ka din hulihin?
(lam ko magandang idea 'to para di ma-confiscate plates mo kapag illegally parked ka... para di nila makuha)

bawal din yan.. dapat nakakabit at all times ang plaka! identification purposes nga yun in case may mangyari na di kanais-nais eh! porma lang yan kasi mas pogi lang tingnan pag walang plaka ang auto (which is true also for me :D ).
pero para sakin, function over form tlga. use the damn plates because it has a purpose.

Violation ang....
1) tampering with plates... repainting, removing letters etc.
2) using a vehicle without a plate mounted.
for further questions, ask your favorite hagad. :D
