Hi All,

Saw an ad in this week's CarFinder...AutoLine is offering a 15k washover...sorry, no other details were available...ba't ang laki ata ng diperensya? Some shops are asking 30k+(although i got good feedback from forumers na ok talaga sya), some naman 20k, then this...

baka ung 15k washover ay exterior lang and no dismantling of rubber trims, glass, sidings, etc. puro tape lang. this may lead to chipping along the edges ng mga trim and accessories.

had mine repainted using sikkens, kalas lahat pwera lang engine tsaka windshield 'coz I didn't opt to., 15k on materials and 10k on labor. It's done here in the south, suki ko yung talyer kaya nakakakuha ako ng magandang deal.sakin yung materials sa kanila labor.2 weeks done kasi weather dependent sila..kung lesonal lang pinabanat ko mas cheaper sana kesa sikkens.ganda rin naman lesonal eh..if ur interested post your email add here and well get ur car done too.

Cool, ilang yr ang warranty dun? Oven ba? Tri color pinapintura mo?

Wet look finish ba yung SIKKENS na paint? Meron kc sa las pinas SIKKENS ang gamit nila then they will give u a 5 yr warranty(GASPEED). Nag pa estimate ako umabot 45k pero halos lahat scrape na n tri-color ang pin2ra. Mga magkano kaya pwede itawad dun?

singit ko lang.. mejo mababa un price pag repainted un car tapos ibang kulay pa.. wala lang.. laki kasi ng pagkakamali ko.. pero porma padin sa porma.hehehehe

sometimes you really get what you pay for. minsan kasi pag sobra mura iba rin talaga quality. go for shops that guarantee quality at reasonable prices. sometimes it takes months before you see the difference of a good paint job and a poor one.

for south bound people, try PR autosport in Paranaque. For northbound ones, try ACME AUTOWORKS in Pasig. both have won trophies in car shows.

yap! 5yr warranty nga pag sikkens but only 2yrs pag lesonal, but that is given by the paint shop where they buy the paint materials.. As I've mentioned weather dependent sila, so not oven.Yes, I know of GASPEED in las pinas, medyo mahal nga dun.Wet look talaga yung car pag labas kahit yung pinapaint ko..color is alfa romeo tricolor blue, like the one in the recent carshow in megamall, yung 2002 civic na may paint ng terminator under the hood..

Salamat sa reply. At least meron nakakita ng finish product nila dun kc yung mga sample nila parang sakanila lahat, kaya sobra sa wet look. magkano inabot syo nung pinapaint(tri-color) mo cya sa gaspeed?? Pwede ko ba sya tawaran kahit gang 40k reasonable nba yun?
