March 24th, 2014 01:01 AM #31Go with Karcher, you wont regret it. Just make sure to flush and drain every after use or before storage para hindi kalawangin. Periodically check din ang filter for trapped stones/ debris. Though magnesium alloy ang casing, yung components sa loob pwede parin mag calcify, yan lang ang pinaka maintenance sa end user from my experience.
OT. . I just disposed some kits to my cousin, dumadami na kasi.

I have 2 units.
Karcher Model # K2.00. Both are more than 5 years old na. stock / spare lang 'yung isa.
Hindi pa nagagamit kasi in very good condition pa 'yung isa.
Used my Karcher thousands of times na. Di lang panlinis ng kotse. Matibay lang talaga.
Easy lang ang care and maintenance. gaya nga ng sabi ni sir 12vdc: "make sure to flush and drain everything after use or before storage...". Disconnect the waterline (inlet) then run the washer hanggang sa halos wala ng lumalabas na tubig doon sa hose (outlet). Then, punas- punas to dry
na lang everything before storage.
'yung "foamer" is a separate accessory na ikinakabit sa gun.
At saka, wala
kasing mabilhan that time.
If you will buy the Karcher, buy na rin a longer hose. I think the supplied hose is usually 4 - 5.5m lang. I use the 9m hose. Better the longer, so you can get around the car without carrying the
equipment.
Ano pa ba? Ah, don't use it nga pala to your pets, :bwahaha: kawawa naman the animals.
:hysterical:
One last tip na lang...
Wear short shorts and tank tops... you'll find it very comfortable. I'm sure, a lot of guys,
errr... I mean, you will enjoy cleaning you new car with a new washer.

Oh no! May sariling car shampoo ang karcher? That piece of info was very important! It would be useless if I buy it then the shampoo is hard to find naman. I have not seen any Karcher car shampoo at Ace or True Value. I just bought a big bottle of microtex
Balak ko kasi yung mist spray lang for my fat lab mahilig kasi siya sa tubig.

^ Meron nga po Ma'm. In 5li. (or 4li.... not sure eh) containers.
You'll be surprised kung gaano katipid sa tubig
ang mga pressure washers.
'yung PW ko, both, ayaw lang talaga mag- work sa ibang type ng shampoo.
Ewan ko ba. Viscosity properties siguro. For sure, meron mai- recommend 'yung mga shops.

lots o' new models in the market. sa ace nakaka- kita ako ng mga new models.
if I wil buy a new one today, hingan ko 'yung shop ng recommended shampoo nila.
i'll buy it, with the assurance that it will work with the PW.
kung puwede nga eh, doon mismo sa shop i- testing. no work = no buy.
some ace shops will let you bring it home and return within 3 days yata.

pa singit lang... wow I did not realize malakas pala sa consumo ng car shapoo ang karcher. just imagine a 200ml=6.7 oz shampoo per wash needed to wash a car or 5X for every a liters of shampoo. where as if you gonna use microtex shampoo using the traditional bucket method, needs only 10 to 15ml of shampoo, that's roughly 66 times of car wash. so kung weekly lang ang car wash ay di na mauubos ang a liter shampoo in a year. As in may TLC ka pa sa car mo. Bwahahaha
That is just for LTO purposes. LTO rounded up 399 to 400 for registration purposes. TRB/DPWH did...
