Ung lahat ng gusto ma maipagawa pde from minor repairs to hilamos.

You still have to do some legwork.

Take note, hindi naman ako nag-request ng bonus such as hilamos; although they did throw in undercoating for free, and they replaced my busted right headlamp bulb and hazard light for free as well. It's hard to say to what extent yung ganung service nila.

    2. Photo copy ng OR at Insurance Policy ng sasakyan.

At huwag mong dadalihin sa Hyundai Quezon Avenue or Ssangyong Quezon Avenue.

Basura ang gawa doon. Tried and tested ko na.

Wala pa ko na-encounter na ganyan. Though baka yong kay Bogeyman, insurance nya is probably from the dealer also kaya wala na gano requirements.

Insurance ko is Direct Link, hindi siya galing sa Diamond Motors Q. Ave., but it's one of their accredited casas.

All I submitted was a filled-up copy of their incident report form, with photocopy of license and registration, via their courier, so I never had to leave the office (of course, nagpa-estimate muna ako beforehand, then informed the insurance of the cost). Their claims department took care of the rest, tinawagan lang ako pag ready nang gawin.
