    Anyway, my wife's (female) cousins both have 1999 and 2001 Maxima SE's. Both are steel grey just like my Sonata. They too seem to prefer conservative colors. My wife's aunt prefers white (Toyota 4Runner), her hubby prefers grey (Durango). No one seem to want bold colors lke blue, red, yellow. My 1991 Plymouth Laser is the last one. If I do get a Mustang or GTO someday, it'll be a bold yellow.

    I kinda like the shiny stuff.......and all the ornaments. are there still gaudily-clad jeepneys or are they becoming dull?

    True. Classic cars often seem so "right" with strange colors that you wouldn't attempt nowadays. (I personally like beige on classics).

    My favorite color changes from car to car. For new, more modern cars, I kind of like darker red shades.

    me like - red, graphite/gunmetal grey black (but im not allowed to own a black car) i like white on a 4x4 tapos super muddy!

    me dont like - purple yun purple ng civic? yun kulay eggplant. or yun green na d metallic.
