    swirls can't be avoided talaga IMO.. but you can lessen it with the proper know-how.

    you can use the california car duster. works really well if very slight dust. A good QD would help too.

    get a quality washmitt. then, a MF towel for drying. (risky kasi chamois) or if you want, you can get those california water blades.

    try to use a car shampoo that's really slick. and with water softeners to boot! it's in the technique IMO...
