pero for the sake of argument e sabihin na natin na pwede tumakbo ng 60 kph, do you trust that cable to run at 60 kph and not soon break? dito sa rig yung cable na 2-1/2 inches ang diameter pinapalitan regularly. meron tinatawag na "ton miles" na unit of measure sa life ng cable. every week slip-and-cut so many feet of cable para bago lagi yung in use.

    1. I-taas ang price ng MRT fare. Para this way, mas maganda dapat maintenance ng whole system plus madali makabili ng extrang trains. Kung namamadali ka, you pay extra for it.

    2. Cancel all franchises of buses in EDSA and replace them with those long buses. These buses will only ply the length of EDSA, from MOA to Monumento. No other bus can ply EDSA. Other buses should ply the Circumferential and Radial roads replacing jeepneys

    R-1 Navotas to Bacoor vv
    C-2 Karuhatan to Pasay vv
    C-3 Tayuman to Bicutan vv
C-4 EDSA (MOA to Monumento vv)
C-5 Tandang Sora to SLEX vv
    C-6 Bicutan to Antipolo vv
R-5 San Juan to Cainta via Pasig vv
    R-6 Legarda to Masinag vv
    R-7 Sampaloc to Fairview vv
R-8 San Lazaro to Novaliches vv

They could then use jeepney's and/or UV express to continue on their journeys. (ex drop at Cainta and then UV to Angono.)

Each city will have an inter-city buses plying other roads from subdivision entrances to the radial or circumferential roads (or city centers where P2P buses can cater direct lines to CBDs). Tricycles/jeepneys are limited to subdivisions/villages.

With an effective transportation like this, people won't need cars to go around the city.

    simple lang...
pour into it, lots of money! fix what should be fixed! replace what can't be fixed!
and increase the number of circulating trains, to achieve an honest 2 minute or better, train arrival interval.

Kung meron gawa bago business hub dapat interconnected walkways/walkalators. Para mabawasan or virtually no more cars transfer from one place to another building. Ang allowed lang bike and small electric vehicle.
