water-methanol injection works. Period. But, echoing on Meister's post, medyo iffy ata kung lalagyan ng water/methanol injection or "HHO" system yung mga jeepneys. may consumables kasi, there might be a propensity na hindi mamaintain yung mga ganung add-ons.
for the price of an "HHO" system, I think it would be a better investment to simply replace or recalibrate the fuel injectors. (kung 15k, ayun pwede na pambili ng injectors yun)
btw, pano pala kung N/A yung makina nung jeep?Last edited by scharnhorst; November 5th, 2009 at 01:47 PM.

depede siguro sa driver or owner ng jeep. i am sure kung makakatipid sila ng fuel, they will really try to adapt it...(learn to make it work and maintain it).

Common complaint is that cannot afford and the problem also is that both the driver and operator normally passes the responsibility of improvingconsumption efficiency to one another... the driver not being able to afford and the operator's excuse is not earning enough on the boundary.
Only perhaps if the jeepney is driven by the operator can they have such fuel saving devices but another problem is the segurista mentality that most ask for a trial run for the gadget.
