Why not install an insulation similar to residential ceilings, the ones they use just beneath the roof. Has anybody tried this? Ma try nga one of these days, anyway mura lang naman per meter sa home depot.Wil DIY it.

yep, yung hi ace ko, nilagyan ko ng insulator in between the roof and the head liner, problem is, sibrang sikip ng space so nalagay ko yung manipis lang
over all no effect... sobrang init talga ng panahon.

pwede naman siguro i-regulate yung water that sprays the condenser, tipong mist lang

April 16th, 2009 08:40 PM #29i used those insulators in my old esi but not for car ceiling, instead i cut them for perfect fit on all windows and windshields (so that it would be dark inside) ... very effective to keep out the heat! matrabaho lang ikabit at tanggalin, anim na piraso eh
i believe this is the best way to keep the heat away without using some powered gadget ... most of the heat enters the car via those glasses, so stopping it right there should work effectively

Choice I would have made as well.
