Ang problema nasa R134a, if you tried to clear the glass puwedeng ma-overcharge ang system. Kung walang proper equipment at data it needs a lot of experience to do it right.

dcarlo,
although some third world countries still use R12 dichlorodifluromethane(freon r), the earth friendly refrigerant replacement is R134a. if you still have the sight glass on your system, do not use it as a basis for checking if you have the right amount of charge. the sight glass checks are long gone. if your airconditioning system or climate control only uses sight glass if it were an expansion valve type and that it uses freon r. if it uses R143a, the sightglass is no longer built into the receiver/drier. if your system is of the orifice type, i will not have a sight glass. your technical expert should have the table for refrigerant charge for different cars converted to R143a system and that he must know the pressure specs and must know the pressure/temperature chart. otherwise he is guessing. you might be paying him to be a manghuhula and not as a climate control technician.

Choice I would have made as well.
