PIck Up Aircon Problem

Hi sirs. Need your comments about my aircon problem. I own an Isuzu TFR. I noticed that the A/C isn't that cold when the sun is up not compared when it is at night. And, the A/C is becomes cold when I drive in highways such as SLEX compared when I drive in EDSA or in the city which I tend to stop specially during traffic.

What seems to be the problem sirs? I had my blower checked, added freon and the ducts are still clean.

bro maaring kulang ka ng freon,defect e.valve and drier,parado linya,at marami pa iba.
