I heard before na kapag iniiwan ang tsikot na naarawan e masama at harmful daw sa airconditioning system ng mga tsikot natin. then recently mas often nabibilad under the sun yung tsikot namin, pero wala naman nagbabago sa performance ng a/c. malamig pa din naman, at di ba mas ok din na naarawan yung car para mamatay yung harmful bacterias and germs na namumuo sa mga blower and filter inside ng tsikot ganun din sa leather interior para maalis din yung germs and sometimes yung amoy na hindi maganda? tama po kaya itong ginagawa ko?

in a sense masama nga iwanang kotse or kahit anong bagay under the sun for that matter ng matagal bec of the harmful UV rays, but your asking about yun A/C components? hinde naman directly sila naaarawan and sooner or later kahit maarawan or hinde masisira naman talaga yan..., regarding sa amoy mas maganda yata pasingawin mo na lang...

and huwag mo na masyadong isipin yun mabilad ang kotse or not they are design to withstand yun init ng araw, kung meron chance na makapark ka sa shade then do it pag wala then ok lang....

Leaving a car under the sun for long periods of time is never good.

Harmful to your aircon system? You should be more worried about your paint, interior plastics including the dashboard, rubber weather-strips, car stereo system all of which have a limit as to sunbathing.

magiiba un paint ng kotse pag nabilad sa araw yan ang napansin ko.

one time me natabihan akong FD na habbie red and un sa knya eh wala na un luster pero malinis un kotse nya...so i think sa araw din un....nakakafade ng paint ng kotse...

in terms of a/c... walang kaso yan. pero the sun can harm the plastics and paint as sir MR said... dun usually nagmumula yung cracks sa dashboards and loosing the shine of paint.

its not with the AC, but with the paint, the dash, and any materials that are left inside the car like laptops, cds, chocolates and condoms... hehehehe.

Pag laging bilad yan baka magkaroon ng paint cancer . peace

Pero hindi naman maapektuhan ang A/C kasi tago.
