^ Passageway inside the radiator could be clogged ?
With the vehicle running, try to press the big rubber hose attached to the radiator. If you can squeeze it easily, it means that there is not much circulation (of radiator coolant) going on.
Also have your radiator fan checked. It needs to be refilled with silicon oil from time to time.

1. clean the radiator inside and outside
2. check your thermostat for normal opening and operation, replace if necessary
3. check your radiator cap for operation 12-15 psi opening, replace if necessary
4. check your rubber hoses and connections for any looseness or clamp problems
5. check your clutch fan, the unit where your radiator fan blade attaches for excessive slippage, replace if necessary.(most often overlooked)
6. check your water temp sending unit, baka sira na or hindi na accurate ang signal.
7. check your fan belt, it might be loose kaya low ang output nang water pump.
8. check the water pump itself for smooth rotation and operation.
9. use a 40% coolant and 60% distilled water... for better heat transfer, wala namang snow dito for 50% or higher coolant concentration.
update mo na lang kami TS...

Eh ano kung kalang snow? Coolant or anti-freeze sya diba? Antifreeze kung malamig coolant pag mainit so you can use 50/50 mixture..but then take a look at your user manual kung anong masasabi nya hahaha

useless pag taasan ang concentration ng coolant above 50%...
more coolant=less heat transfer=better anti freeze
less coolant=more heat transfer=less anti freeze
ethylene glycol ang main chemical ng coolant/antifreeze
it can function as both anti-freeze and anti boil-over..
it drops the freezing point of water when mixed and elevates boiling point of water when mixed.
water is the best substance for heat transfer not coolant(ethylene glycol)
you are using it here sa tropics at sa kotse mo dahil you want the properties of ethylene glycol of elevating the boiling point of water inside your radiator.
at 100 degress your water only radiator will boil. if meh ethylene glycol, you will raise the boiling point to above 100 degrees.
the more you add glycol the better it will perform as freeze depressant( hindi mag solidify tubig mo sa radiator) and the lesser it will carry heat from your engine.
kaya you just need enough ethylene glycol to raise your boiling point to around 110-120 degrees celcius...
gets?
I've used Stainz Out and Stain Guard from Glaz (Microtex) but I noticed it made my windshield form...
