    otherwise, you could have simply said, "that's still acceptable, i.e., normal as per manufacturer", and put to rest TS's concerns.

    Yes doc este atty. technically it is not tampering but making the EGR more effective but not a necessity in this case

    but never mind this legalese..
    my question remains, is there a downside in "making the EGR more effective..." ? ..because i do not know the answer.. but i suspect it adds to the pollution..
