Could also be that your thermostat is set too a low (cold) and your fan to a low setting. This combination would surely produce moisture around the vent area. Nornally this wold happen in the rainy or cold environment.
Thanks for the advice... will check my aircon settings din and observe its performance in warm and cold environments.
It looks like the air that is being blown out of your evaporator is still humid(wet)....Did you notice if a semblance of smoke is coming out of the vent? My take is the expansion valve or the dehumidifier or both is/are defective....
