Behind the scenes of the Lexus LFA Pitch spot – Click above to watch video after the jump

If you’re like us, you’ve been clamoring for a little more information about the Lexus Pitch spot for the LFA since it dropped last week. Fortunately for us, the Japanese manufacturer has been kind enough to oblige. Lexus just turned out a behind the scenes look at the making of the spot, complete with interviews with physicist Angella Johnson and driver Scott Pruett. Unfortunately, the crew doesn’t manage to explain why they used a microphone and a speaker instead of simply placing the champagne glass at the rear of the car. Was the pressure from the exhaust too much? Was heat an issue? Inquiring minds want to know, Lexus.

Either way, you can click past the jump to see the making-of clip for yourself. Don’t blame us if it only makes you want your very own Yamaha-tuned V10 that much more.
