Toyota Philippines Celebrates its 6th Triple Crown Feat with a Promo

Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation (TMP) starts 2008 auspiciously by bagging its 6th consecutive Triple Crown title. The Year 2007 saw the automotive company grabbing the number one position for the Passenger Car segment, Commercial Vehicle segment, and overall sales.

To celebrate this mean feat and to show its appreciation to its customers, TMP launches its Triple Crown Raffle Promo from January 12 to February 29. All of Toyota’s January and February customers get a chance to win any of Toyota’s bestselling vehicles.

Here are the promo's mechanics:

ELIGIBILITY

    * Qualified to join are all those who will purchase any Toyota vehicle within the promo period.

    * Participants may purchase their vehicle through TFS financing or cash basis.

PROMO COVERAGE/DURATION

    * Promotion coverage is nationwide, encompassing the Toyota Motor Philippines’ dealer networks.

    * Promo period is from January 12 to February 29, 2008

PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS

    * All variants of any Toyota Model

MECHANICS

    * Raffle Prizes are as follows:

    * For every purchase of a Toyota vehicle, consumers will get one (1) raffle coupon.
    * Consumers who purchase in January will get an additional raffle coupon.
    * Financing buyers under TFS merit an additional raffle coupon.

    * Upon issuance of invoice and delivery note for cash payment or financing down payment to the consumer by the salesperson, the consumers will get the corresponding raffle coupons.

    * Customers should fill out the coupon with his/her complete name, address, age, telephone number, mobile number, model purchased, Sales Invoice Number, dealer outlet and affix his/her signature.

    * Customers may drop their filled-out coupons at the designated drop box found in Toyota Dealerships nationwide.

    * Grand draw is on March 10, 2008,2 PM at the Toyota Motor Philippines Head Office at 31F, GT Tower, Ayala Avenue corner Salcedo Sts. Makati City in the presence of DTI and Toyota Motor Philippines representatives.

    * Deadline for submission of entries is at the closing of dealer store hours on February 29, 2008. Entries submitted after the deadline shall be disqualified from the promotion.

    * Employees of Toyota Motor Philippines, its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, TMP dealer networks and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.

    * Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

    * Winners may claim their prize from the Toyota dealer where their vehicle was purchased.

GUIDELINES:

    * Participants can only win once. If his/her name is drawn twice, he gets the bigger prize.

    * All prize taxes shall be shouldered by Toyota Motor Philippines, except the related vehicle registration and insurance for the prize (vehicle).

    * Winners will be notified through print ad announcement in major broadsheets of general circulation published within two weeks after the draw; registered mail and telephone calls.

    * For fleet/company accounts, it will be the company name registered who will win the prize.

    * Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Toyota Motor Philippines Corp with prior DTI approval.

    * Winners must bring two (2) valid forms of identification such as Driver’s license, SSS card, Passport, their vehicle registration, and their payment receipt upon claiming of their prize.

    * In case a winner is outside the country and unable to claim their prize, their authorized representative should present an Authorization Letter of Special Power of Attorney to claim the prize in behalf of the winner.
