Overfinch, the company that modifies Range Rover SUVs has been placed into administration. This is essentially the United Kingdom’s version of what we in the States refer to as receivership. Overfinch has significant amount of debt and a cash-flow situation that is not allowing it to keep up with what it owes. While under administration, it can continue to do business while administrators search for a buyer.

According to reports, the team of administrators are confident that it will only take a few weeks for someone to step in and purchase the company, which is good news for the 20-person staff at Overfinch, as well as fans of its modded Range Rover lineup.
