I have purchased a brand new JMC 4WD single cab from UNITED MOTORS LANKA PLC bearing engine NO.76045451 Chassis NO.LETECAD167HP12948 in January 2010, since the very first day there have been many problems / defects with the vehicle.Many written complaints have been made to yourocal agents & they have done nothing to rectify same up to date. They confirm that the failure of the vehicle is due to a manufacturing defect. We would also like to bring to your notice that this vehicle was sold with a disconnected millage cable & 472km on the meter. We kindly request you to take all necessary steps to rectify this situation as we are we are disappointed with the vehicle & the lack of service and responsibility of your local agent.
