Bowler is a company known for taking Land Rovers and turning into machines ready to handle the next jaunt to Dakar. The company responsible for vehicles like the Nemesis has just been purchased by the company responsibly for vehicles likes the C8 Laviolette. CPP, the UK-based coachbuilder that recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding to buy Spyker, has acquired the rights to Bowler.

CPP has yet to announced its plans for the Bowler brand, but development and vehicle engineering will remain at Bowler’s Derbyshire location. Production of the Nemesis, including the upcoming road version called Nemesis EXR, will be transferred over CPP’s Coventry facilities.
