Tsikot Press Release Guidelines
TsikotPR Editorial Guidelines:
Once you have submitted your press release, one of Tsikot.com Team editors will review it to make sure it is appropriate for distribution. Your press release must be well written, professional, ethical and factually based. We reserve the right to reject any press releases that we feel are not appropriate.
The body of the press release must be text only and not html or code.
The press release must be at least 300 words.
The press release must be written in 3rd person unless you are quoting yourself or someone else and then you must use “quotes”.
Excessive punctuation (!!!!! ???) and excessive use of “ALL UPPER CASE” is prohibited. Keep the press release looking proffesional and avoid making it look like an advertisement! Remember that the purpose of a press release is to inform people of news.
TsikotPR Terms and Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions constitute an Agreement (hereinafter called “Agreement”) between Tsikot.com (“TsikotPR“) and you the user (“USER“).
You (the user) agree to the following:
1. That you (the user) are authorized by your company or organization to submit the Release to TsikotPR for posting in tsikot.com.
2. The user, not TsikotPR, is solely responsible for the accuracy and substance of the content submit to us for distribution. Because of the potential volume of information submitted to TsikotPR, TsikotPR cannot verify any facts or information in press releases or the sites they are linked to.
3. The content that you submit to us is factually and legally accurate. The content that you submit to us does not violate any national, copywrite or common law or other proprietary rights of any third party.
4. Your content and the web site that it is linked to does not contain any information that is defamatory, obscene, libelous, slanderous, or defamatory.
5. TsikotPR reserves the right to reject or edit any content or press release when necessary in its judgment. TsikotPR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any press release or content from its web site or deny approval to any press release or content.
6. You shall indemnify and hold harmless TsikotPR from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees.
7. TsikotPR does not warrant or ensure that TsikotPR’s services will be free from errors, including omissions, interruptions, delays, losses or defects, whether human or mechanical. TsikotPR makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to its services. TsikotPR does not warrant specific placement of any news release nor pick up on any news release.
